I am an internet marketer. I can help you get a website online that is optimized for the search engines to find you. I do not write websites from scratch. I use the wrodpress platform, and the plethora of open source templates that are available. I then alter graphics and tweak the code until you have a website or blog that is exactly what you are looking for.

Once your site has been developed to your specifications, I can get your site indexed (listed) by the search engines. I do ongoing consultation

Prices are approximate because of many variables. How much development you want,  how many pages, how involved the graphics or which modules you want (i.e. ads, photgallery and etc)

Bare Bones Blogging- $200

You will receive

•  Set up of your Bluehost. account and purchase your domain name for you (the cost of hosting is not included in the price– see below for prices of hosting with Bluehost.
  
•   Install a wordpress blog on your domain
• install a free open source non-customized template of your choice from the thousands to choose from at WordPress.org
• 1 hour instruction on how to get started blogging, and how to use your new site.

Basic Package – $650

All of the above PLUS

• a website template customized to your satisfaction. (you choose a few free templates from wordpress.org that you like and I will create a site from them that is uniquely your own.)
• 1 home page, approximately 300-600 words – i.e. This post has about 550 words
  (Note: you provide the text)
• Your contact information
• Your logo (provided by you in .jpg or .gif format)*
• 2 photos (provided by you in .jpg format)**
• Free tracker installed on website.

Upgrade Package – $850

All of the above PLUS

• 2 more pages (often an "about you" page and a "contact" page but can be whatever you want)

I only work with clients who are hosted with Bluehost.  If you don't already have an account with  Bluehost. then I will help you set up with them, and get your domain name registered. If you already have a domain name with a different hosting company then I will help you set up an account with Bluehost and transfer the hosting to them.

Bluehost. gives you unlimited website hosting for ALL of your sites with one extremely low price, with unlimited bandwidth and a ton of functionality. As far as I am concerned it is the best on the market for getting online.

Bluehost. is only $6.95 per month paid 1 yr, 2 yr or 3 yr in advance.

PLEASE NOTE- Your Bluehost. account and domain name is not included in the quote price. Your domain name will cost you $10 a year, and your Bluehost. account will be $6.95/month paid at least one year at a time.

Maintenance/Promotion – $40/hour

• Your website will be professionally watched over.
• Resubmission to search engines if needed.
• You can have changes done easily.
  
• Up to 1 hour per week for making changes to site, adding new content, layout etc, adding new modules (opt-in form, ad rotator, helping with backlinks)
  
• Note: price may vary with complexity of website but generally 4 hours a month is the max people require.
  

Hourly rate for website development:$40/hour (USD)

I charge for my time. Most professional developers will charge anywhere from $3000 – $15,000 to get you on the internet. My service is for people who want a professional presence in an easy clean format, or for newcomers to the internet who want help getting their name recognized.

About Your New Website:

I use the Wordpress platform for a very good reason. I want you to feel that you have complete control over your new site and the content. When I set you up with wordpress, after your 1 hour instruction you will be able to change content, create new pages and write daily and pst on your new blog EVEN IF YOU'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING WITH YOUR COMPUTER BUT SEND EMAILS.

When I first started online 6years ago (or so) I was you… I couldn't do anything except reply to emails and visit and read websites. I learned that blogging was easy and fun, and I can teach you the same time. It won't even take the entire hour to teach you. You will be writing on your own blog in record time and I know I can show you how. In fact I guarantee it.

PAYMENT

Once we agree on a project, you will pay 1/2 before work is started, and 1/2 once you are satisfied with the project.
