    Great blog you have Shelley.

    There is no question people are much more health conscious today than even a few years ago.

    It’s so important to be careful what we put into our bodies, and the sooner people do it the better….. wish I was a lot more educated about things years ago but at least I believe in it now!

    I have put a lot into my body that I wouldn’t dream of now but that is the way things go isn’t it?? :-)
